We Out West recently partnered with a local family to acquire a four-unit residential property on The Strand in the heart of Manhattan Beach. Our role here was truly soup-to-nuts: We Out West sourced the deal, structured and negotiated the transaction and financing, designed and oversaw the property's full renovation, and now manages it as a short-term rental. The result is a boutique hotel-caliber guest experience that also delivers immediate value for our partners.
